Outsource and Advisory services

Outsource and Advisory services vary depending on organizational structure and needs.  This firm provides services directed to the organization’s finance function, either by supporting the existing structure or providing outsourced financial management solutions.  Services offered include:

Accounting systems setup or conversion – the planning, managing and confirming accounting data during the process.

Budgeting and planning - the coordination or preparation of the annual budget, including maintenance of the organization budget, variance analysis, and the transfer of budget information into the financial statements.

Financial analysis - the periodic comparison of actual to budgeted results, communication of variances to management and relevant recommendations for improvement.

Financial Statements (internal use only) - the preparation of periodic financial or other management reports, as well as any interpretive analysis.  For external use financial statements, see compilations (assurance).

New organization setup - organization planning and formation, application for tax exempt status, accounting systems and reporting process setup. 

Outsource CFO/Controller - accounting and reporting management, cash management, and personnel management as required by Directors or other management personnel.  Also includes special projects to support existing Executive Director or CFO/Controller.
